La Vigna 39m2 On the first floor, you will find a spacious and comfortable room consisting of a large bedroom and a separate sitting room with a TV and cable connection. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm) and balcony doors providing access to the private balcony. For added comfort, the room is equipped with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle and mini fridge. The room has a private bathroom located in the hallway. The bathroom is exclusively for the guests of this room and features a spacious rain shower, wall-hung toilet, bidet and washbasin. A hairdryer and shaving mirror are also provided. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and towels are available for your convenience. La Fiorita 2 pers 56 m2 On the first floor, you will find this spacious and comfortable 56 m² B&B room with its own private balcony. Thanks to its generous size, the room offers extra space and comfort and is slightly more luxurious than our La Vigna room. The spacious bedroom features a comfortable double bed measuring 180 × 200 cm. The adjoining, generously sized sitting room with balcony doors is a bright and inviting space where you can relax and unwind. The room is equipped with a TV with cable connection, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, mini fridge and kettle. There is also a dining table with two chairs, ideal for enjoying a quiet breakfast or a cup of coffee. The adjoining private bathroom, measuring 16 m², offers exceptional space and comfort. It features double washbasins, a shower, bidet and toilet. A hairdryer and shaving mirror are also provided. For your convenience, shampoo, conditioner and towels are provided. Grappolo d’oro 60 m2 On the ground floor, you will find this spacious and charming 60 m² B&B room, located in the cooler part of the building. Thanks to the thick walls, the room remains pleasantly cool during the warm summer months. The authentic vaulted ceilings give the room a unique, characteristic atmosphere. The spacious bedroom features a comfortable double bed measuring 180 × 200 cm and also includes a dining table with two chairs. The adjoining, cosy living room has a garden door providing direct access to the outside and is equipped with a smart TV. The large and luxurious private bathroom is a real highlight. It features a spacious double jacuzzi, rain shower, wall-hung toilet, bidet and double marble washbasins. For additional comfort, a hairdryer and shaving mirror are provided. To make your stay even more comfortable, shampoo, conditioner, bathrobes and slippers are provided. Smoking is not allowed indoors; smoking is permitted outside. Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM or by arrangement. Check-out: 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed.
